Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Lyrian, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Accounts & access
You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Workspace administrators control membership, roles, and configuration for their organization.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no infringing or attempting to access other tenants' data, no reverse-engineering or disrupting the platform, and no uploading of malicious code. You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you put into Lyrian.
4. Plans, trials & billing
Paid plans, trials, and their limits are described on our Pricing page. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before they end. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Your data
Your organization retains ownership of the content it puts into Lyrian. We process it to provide the service in line with our Privacy Policy. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content for you.
6. AI features
Lyrian's AI assists with drafting and analysis but can make mistakes. AI output is a starting point, not professional advice, and you remain responsible for reviewing and approving anything you act on. AI suggestions are presented as editable drafts by design.
7. Availability & changes
We work to keep Lyrian available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, add, or remove features over time. Material changes affecting paid plans will be communicated reasonably.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Lyrian's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may stop using Lyrian at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling on closure follows our Privacy Policy.
